16 allergens are excluded from Cœur de Natâma, the 14 part of the labeling list established by the European Directive plus yellow peas and fenugreek. These last two were included in our “NO” list by recommendation of our reference allergists. Unlike our historical range Natâma, we incorporate mushrooms in two of our recipes. You can identify them easily by the legend on the packaging “Contains mushrooms”.
All the recipes are tasty with no need of added flavourings. Plus they are totally free from additives, modified starches, artificial colours and preservatives. Always guaranteeing no cross contamination and full traceability.
