Mother of an allergic child, Eliane Courties decided in 2002 to create Clarelia. Her aim: to make easier the daily life of families with food allergies or intolerances by creating adapted products.
Faced with this challenge, Eliane Courties and her team benefited since the beginning from the support and advice of medical experts and leading scientists. For each recipe, Clarelia uses only the ingredients the least implied in allergic reactions, indicated by renowned allergists. Nutritionists allow the development of balanced and tasty recipes. A proven know-how and a recognized quality policy guarantee the safety of our products. Our efforts are supported by patient associations (AFPRAL, FPA and AFDIAG) that recommend the range Natâma.
